  • This is a Spring and Fall Package that is crucial to staying ahead of maintenance through the seasons. (Billed bi-annually)

    • Gutter & drainage tune-up: Clearing all debris from gutters and downspouts; checking line alignment.

    • Filter & safety rotation: Swapping out furnace filters, refrigerator filters, and replacing smoke detector batteries.

    • Exterior wash-down: Pressure washing the front walkway, main entry porch, and steps.

    • Draft & weather sealing: Inspecting door sweeps and windows; recaulking or applying fresh weatherstripping where needed.

    • Dryer vent clearing: Cleaning out the exterior dryer exhaust vent cap to prevent lint fire hazards.

  • This package include everything from essential package and also adds in the items that we all need to stay ahead around the house. (Billed bi-annually)

    • Deck & patio refresh: Tightening loose deck boards/railings and pressure washing the entire outdoor living surface.

    • Bistro & landscape lighting check: Inspecting, cleaning, and replacing bulbs or lines for string lights and pathway fixtures.

    • Fire pit & lounge cleanup: Deep cleaning stone or steel fire pits, clearing ash, and organizing custom firewood racks.

    • Furniture & feature check: Assembling, inspecting, or tuning up patio furniture, pergolas, and custom privacy screens.

    • Seasonal screen swap: Replacing torn mesh on window screens and sliding patio doors before hosting season begins.

  • This quarterly package is the best option to keep your home in tip top shape all year round. (Billed Quarterly)

    • Quarterly 30-point inspection: Checking all interior/exterior doors, custom woodwork, accent walls, and cabinet hinges for shifting.

    • Fixture & hardware detailing: Tightening and cleaning designer cabinet pulls, custom chandeliers, and premium showerheads.

    • LED lighting audit: Checking and maintaining hardwired landscape transformers, under-cabinet lighting, and dimmer switches.

    • High-vault bulb swaps: Replacing hard-to-reach lightbulbs in vaulted ceilings, entryways, or commercial floodlights.

    • Priority "Odds & Ends" hours: Including 2 hours of open-ended handyman time per visit for whatever random tasks they need tackled.
